THE WORST!! The team is the worst I have seen till date. They are only concerned about taking the money. The designer Sanjana had only one design to show us. When we asked for different options, she had none!! Once the money is paid, they don't respond to your concerns, because they are so stuck up in their rules which aren't practical! For example, they hesitate to share the designs to more than two people. We are a big family, but according to them only 2 people should decide the designs for the whole house. This is my very first house here in Bangalore and I was very much excited to turn this house to sweet home. It was a smooth experience from start to finish. The designer was very accommodating of all the new changes that we kept bringing in. He was patient in changing the designs to suit our needs till it reached perfection to our eyes. The best part of the journey was working with the Project Manager who delivered the house on the promised date. When I first approached Bonito was having a little confidence of their designs. Honestly I was a little worried about them and i have taken the chance. Mr. Arun (Designer) was allotted for our project. He is very polite and he has lot of patients and listened all our inputs. After initial designs were not up to my requirements. Hello Krishnan, Our prices are competitive and apt for the value proposition we offer. All the images used for promotions on all our social media platforms and the website are either photographs of our completed projects or design concepts of ongoing projects.
This is our second house in Bangalore and for our second house we approached Bonito for the interiors. I must say that the entire experience was enjoyable. Thanks to Sagar, who designed it with lot of patience and ideas, keeping it simple, clean and elegant. The master Bedroom is designed very well making it a place to relax after a tiring day.
