Never go with Bonito Interior Designs in Bangalore. I had a very bad experience, lost 20K without any design work being done, waiting, waiting, waiting….. They say it is single point of contact and but that person will not get back to you and you will not get other people contact details for escalation within the organization. Their Designer and CRM will try to impress you first, but when you get into actual design phase, they will start excuses with various reasons. Never ending project.. Unfortunately gave them to do interiors ... It's a complete mess... The designer have no clue how to fit in things... Gave 2.5 months to complete the work ... No signing of ending... Kitchen work came with different shade and not as per the photo rendered... No space allocated for dish washer ... And the funniest part is that designer is asking us to place washing machine in balcony since she didn't do her job.. entire amount as advance to complete on time..
