I had a cracked root and thus had to have my tooth removed. While setting in the dental chair they wanted to know how I was going to pay...took my credit card and ran it while I was waiting. I walked out still spitting out bits of my tooth after he pulled it. My stitches came out and they had to redo those. Then I find out that my insurance paid them and they owed me almost $450 back. Hi Vickie, I did a little research to find out more about your situation. Your refund has been issued. I know it took a while, but our COO reached out to you and you never responded to her. We typically need the card to do a refund after so long, but we're able to get it taken care of with a few extra steps. We do apologize for any inconvenience, but I hope you can understand insurance checks don't come in right away, sometimes it takes months and then we can refund you. Okay after 10years going to this place I walked out pretty much with nothing done just buncha x rays. Every tooth she pointed at is wrong was done by them!!!! I will never recommend this place or would ever be back. These place was awesome few years back! Not now. Cleaning ?!?! Haha she made sign a waiver not sure for what, she couldn’t do my cleaning cause I have gingivitis??? Never had no problem with my gums or anything bleeding or swollen. I wanted to put a review for Ally and Tayla in ortho department for here and Tree house kids.They are amazing!!I had to get treatment (still am) Ally worked on me several times. She is patient, helpful and NICE! My daughter is having get treatment as well. Tayla worked on her few days ago. She was AMAZING, HAS PATIENCE , KIND. My daughter loved her!! I would recommended them 100%.
I went in a new patient for a cleaning. Was talked into $4000.00 surgery as they said I had to have this master surgery to save my teeth. Spoke to dentist back home who said absolutely not! Too late had one side done. cancelled laser for other side. 6 months lost all teeth on side where they did surgery. 7 years later still have all teeth on unoperated side. All they want is your $$$$

I left Bonita Dental Care feeling very upset. I have never been treated as poorly in any health care setting before and would never imagine treating a patient of mine in the same manner. I understand emergencies happen and unexpected events occur however not once did anybody try to explain this to me or give me a reason for the wait. I feel it was very irresponsible and dangerous to have administered lidocaine and not to have evaluated the patient response (especially after having waited 2 hours). Highly competent, friendly staff with updated, modern office. I have been going here 8 years and never disappointed. I left a Naples dentist who was constantly overcharging me and upselling me and another Naples dentist who did a bad job of replacing a filling. I never have a worry at BDC. They are always meticulous. So glad I found this office.
