Great facility, good thorough appointment and health resolution addressing my symptoms. Great saving me & for generic and substitute prescriptions. Not a long wait. Efficient.
Dr. Wilson and all of the staff were kind and professional. I was impressed with the quality of care I received. Loved the text updates I received while waiting, which was not long. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic.

Went in no waiting that was the positive.. The Dr did nothing for me.. Except tell me he had never heard of the thyroid meds I am taking & told me I should see an a Endocrinologist to get the correct meds.. Are you kidding me !!!! He did call a prescrition in to the pharmacy .. I go to pick it up .. I was told this is an over the counter item ... Really he referred to this as a prescription .. This must of made him feel important .. It was a complete waste of time & money
Walked in without call ahead. Suggest you call ahead and maybe avoid extensive wait time. Personnel were professional, knowledgeable, and expedient. If you can afford the wait time, BCHC was a very comfortable place to go. I had 7 folks in front of me having their text messaging keeping me updated on status as well as a video screen with the wait queue displaying progress. (Only showed last 4 digits of cell phone number, avoiding HIPAA violation Issues). Overall, I was happy with my experience.
