Very bad behaviour in the Customer the reception
My kids pediatrician retired and recommended Dr Bezu to my family. Went with my 2 kids (8 years old and 6 years old) around 10 am today for the first time. The receptionist are nice and greeted us with a smile. The assistant took information about my kids, took their height and weight. She took her time and made sure she got all the information in the computer. Once she is done, she brought us to another room to wait for the doctor. Not a good clinic! Called in a day before and asked if we could go in the next day. The doctor says yes and how we can just walk in. Drove 30 minutes to the clinic, went to the front desk and guess what? We arrive there, and the front desk says “oh we don’t take walk ins.” In a rude tone. Nice job, not trust worthy at all. Don’t come here! Staff members are rude and doctors are untrustworthy!!
