My favorite place. Love the shrimp brochette tacos so much!
Has been one of my favorite restaurants for years! Yesterday was not a disappointment! The salsa was excellent as always, plus we all got new items we had not had before and they were all excellent! Shrimp and sweet Corn street tacos, fish tacos, and steak burrito. Wait staff friendly relaxed and efficient, and of Course knows the menu backwards and forwards!
Being my birthday, my boyfriend asked if they did anything to celebrate ... the server said yes and totally ignored and forgot everything including refills ... the service was horrible but the food was great to me and yes I didn't celebrate my birthday there because they obviously forgot .... smdh. If you are going to celebrate ... celebrate anywhere else but there ... flour tortillas machine kept breaking down, no flour tortillas for a while ... don't know if they got it working ... no refills on drinks, he took forever to ... read more
I absolutely love Pappasitos. The staff at the northwest hwy location are excellent. The manager that we had yesterday was the bomb. He saw a need and he took are of it. He went over and beyond and I love good customer service. The drinks were on point as well as the food.
the food was horrible the best thing at the table was our margaritas! Manager Never came to the table to apologize for the hard rice, salty soup, unsalted guacamole, enchiladas had too much cumin,hot plate with Cold Tacos So disappointing!
I write reviews only when we’ve had exceptional service! Christopher was our waiter (IS the BEST) he had other help since our group went from 16 to 18 and I believe the young lady who accommodated us was a manager because she handled the change like a pro! (I know it was only 2-extra ppl but it was a very tight space! Even kept my family in 1 table vs splitting us up) Other great waiters that help was JT!
