Service was very slow, no water. Didn't get appetizers until about 25min after ordering. We stayed for a lil over two hours. They ran out of the prime rib after I ordered it but somehow word didn't get to me until the rest of my family got their food. The manager was very!! Kind and apologized a bunch of times and made it right. Things happen! I wasn't upset about it. The food was excellent but a bit pricey. The service was terrible. We had a party of 9 and they screwed up 4 of the 9 meals (three times). We were there 2 hours and had the water glasses refilled once. The manager did try to smooth it over, but service was so bad she could not make it better. Hopefully they figure it out.
Food was good, service not so much. Took us an hour & 20 minutes to eat dinner, as our waitress 'forgot' to put our order in! Drinks were pricy, around $15 for one large beer & a mixed drink. Not sure we would go back.
This will definitely be our stop for lunch/dinner in the future when we're heading out of town by way of the airport.
Group of 8. Sub par service. Mediocre food. Decent atmosphere.
