They claim to hand hand-rubbed and seasoned meats, but I could find no evidence of any seasoning on the brisket, tri-tip, or pulled pork my family ordered. I even had an end-cut of tri-tip and there was no seasoning - nothing - on the entire outside of the end piece. There was some smokiness, but the brisket had no smoke ring, the tri-tip had clearly been cooked over direct heat, and the pulled pork was dry and flavorless.
