Since 1979, Bone's has spared no expense in bringing Buckhead arguably its best steak. With oak walls and a brass-laden, smoky bar at the entrance, this place is a popular choice for a local meal as well as business lunches. Their impeccable wait staff delivers the best martinis in town, along with exceptional specialties like filet mignon and aged rib eye. For a change of pace, opt for their stuffed trout with vegetables on the side, among delicious coastal fare.

Tenderest steak in town – We went to Bone's for a birthday celebration and were well impressed with our experience. The food was great: lobster bisque was amazing, filet mignon was so tender you could cut it with a butter knife and the mashed potatoes were phenomenal, creamy and perfect. My favorite part of the meal was dessert: the chocolate truffle cake that spilled molten chocolate when you cut into it. Wow.
Awsome service – We had my husband birthday dinner there with friends and we loved the service and food. I expected the service to be good but they exceeded my expectations. When we got there they knew exactly who we were and our table was decorated with happy birthday confetti. Everything we needed was there before we could ask. We all had steak and it was perfect. I would definatly recommed Bones for a special occation!!
Cakebread Cab! – Wow! The food might be the best I've had in Atlanta and the wine selection is incredible. The meal isn't cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for. What a wonderful experience and the staff is incredible! I can't wait to go back.
Great Service – While it's known for it's great steaks, i love the lobester dish there! Try the flash fried lobster.
Best Steaks – This is a great place for steaks. My wife says that this is the best steak that she's had. The service was great. The baked potato was excellent according to my mom. The creamed corn and the spinach was also good. The halibut was fantastic. The crab cakes were good but not as good as Panos and Paul's, If you are looking for a premium steakhouse this would be the place to go.
ATL's Top Business Lunch! Close The High-Profile Deal! – Whenever a high profile client of mine comes into the city, there is only one place to meet for a quality business lunch, Bones. It's not one of the newer steakhouses of recent years, but certainly sets the standard. The Prime Steaks are the best in the city. And the servers are among the best, and some have been here for years. Seafood offerings are excellent, starting with the best Shrimp Cocktail, we've ever had. No fancy fusion, just straight forward steaks and sea... read more
Cant stop thinking about the Crab and Lobster Napoleon – My husband and I visted Bones for the first time in celebration of my birthday. I thought the atmosphere was very cozy and romantic (we were tucked away in a corner) and the service was excellent. The Crab and Lobster Napoleon was so delicious that I can't stop daydreaming about it. I am not big on red meat but my husband says the steak was delicious as well. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to someone who wanted to have a great dining experience.
awesome beef – I was in atlanta from chicago my home city and yes i am a homeboy from the concrete jungle by the Sears Tower. Steaks are king in this city along with deep dish pizza. The steak was great the drinks a tad too small and not up to Rush Street Standards. I noticed the steaks were not frozen like at mortons and the palm. Most steak houses buy frozen dry aged beef from either Allen Brothers or Stockyard Inn both of which are here in chicago. Bones buys fresh meat and ages it on the premises which makes a huge diffe... read more
Great food and service – Many people in Atlanta consider Bone's a great place to drink and eat. I have to agree with those people. If you want to eat a steak and just smile afterwards then go eat at Bone's. Try the MILE-HIGH PIE!!
