I would not use this company again. After my surgery, I signed paperwork to rent a knee walker, but the company incorrectly billed my insurance as if I had purchased it outright — a very expensive item. When I called to clarify, I was connected with a representative named Tracey in the billing department. Unfortunately, she was extremely disrespectful, did not allow me to explain the situation, and even hung up on me.
