Stop treating patients in a way that's rude, arrogant, disrespectful. I had to call them about a minor discrepancy in a bill. Sandy, the woman with whom I spoke, was all of the above, with a layer of flat out stupidity. Rothman Institute contracts Bonel for medical devices. I'm contacting Rothman and urging them to drop Bonel as a supplier. After now, if I need a medical device, I'm checking to see who the supplier is, and if it's Bonel, I'm refusing the device and insisting on another supplier.
Disrespectful driver. Cut me off, when he had plenty of room to go behind me... I honked (I have a 4 yr old in the car..) and he flips me off out his window. That's NO way to run a business...
Never Aurora is very disrespectful and arrogant calling Ray and always talking to the answering service l is sad he has a hard time calling you back and Tracey is no better none of them would let me talk to a supervisor and I do have that right as a customer
