Terrible experience. I was sent there by Albany Med Urgent Care in Glenmont because I had dislocated my little to, it was sticking straight up and I was in severe pain. Went to the Bone & Joint Center, they wouldn't even check me in because they said I needed a doctor to look at it and their doctor was not in. NOT IN????? What the hell is an URGENT CARE center for??? I was told to come back on Monday, that was it. Absolutely abhorrent service. I have been a patient of Todd Shatinsky, MD for over two years now. As an RN I am habitually skeptical when engaging a new provider. Dr. Shatinsky put me at ease from the first visit, addressing my questions and investigating the underlying issues for a satisfactory outcome. They may be fine as doctors, but if you can never get through to them that's useless. I've called numerous times, and my wait time is over 30 minutes! Who has that much time to wait on hold???
