I had a four hour rotator cuff surgery in 2011 and a knee done 2012 with the Best surgeon in the World. Dr.Thiel. This bone and joint was very kind and gracious to me during my surgeries. Their staff puts you first at all times and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place and at my hair salon I have given them many referrals. Keep up your wonderful service , I made need you again some day. Bless you's all.
There are some ethical issues present here in my opinion. The cast technician told me one thing and they would not stand behind what the tehnician said saying "she did not have authority to say that". They should be obligated to their employees commitments instead of skipping out of their obligations to their own benefit. I will not go there again.
Awful negligent People who call themselfs "Doctors". Worst exdperience I have had.It is a factory!
