They are the tidiest bunch of people I have ever spoken to. I realize collecting debts is not a fun job, but to treat people with such disrespect when inquiring about a debt that had been paid years prior is ridiculous. Not everyone with debt is intentionally trying to avoid paying it. The woman at this place, i believe Susan is her name, could use some classes in class and how to be a decent person. when she is lecturing you, assuming she knows everything about you, when you are trying to do the right thing, why would anyone want to cooperate.
