Delayed patient care!!! Don't return phone calls from 9 AM doctor to busy to review critical sleep study that hospital notified us to call office study had been read, this test has been done 3x.......very diappointing!!! Been 3 months trying to get this done!!!
RecommendedDr Krenning and her assistant Decker are both amazing. Knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. The nursing staff did excellent with a blood draw from my 1 &1/2 year old son, and the receptionists are very friendly. Probably the happiest I’ve been overall with any Dr.’s office.
Dr. Hurley and his nurses are wonderful!
The doctors are amazing, however the office staff is difficult to work with. They will insist that they do not have your referral. Even after you confirm it with your insurance. Then once you get upset low and behold they will magically find it. They seem very disorganized, and unfriendly when you arrive for check in. It’s sad. Because the Drs are amazing.
Will miss Dr. Bond--now at Delbert Day really excellent care
im starting to see dr hurley monday and I'm nervous bc it scares me to see a new dr. Does anyone know anything bout this dr? Like what im to expext out of him?
