This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had in customer service. We have been ignored, mistreated and lied to by the staff from Bonaventure. This includes property and regional management. I would never recommend living with a Bonaventure Property, The Carlton at Greenbrier in particular. We have been unable to stay in our apartment for 13 nights due to mold and water, we have had to miss many days of work, and all the while the staff could not care less. Absolutely wonderful management group, have communicated with as well as lived in an partment complex they managed for years. Would recomend to anyone looking for a great company.

The Aura apartments are exactly what I was expecting. Going on 2 years and have had nothing but awesome experience. Ashley and Cindy are and have been great! Helpful, friendly always treat us like family. The maintenance team has been great and quick so far and our resident cleaning crew also nice and helpful! Thank you!
