I have lived at promenade pointe in Norfolk for over a year now. We picked this place because it was right on the water and everything looked nice. Since then they have had 3 different managers in the office and things aren't getting any better. About 3-4 months ago I started complaining to the management team about my neighbors upstairs. I'm starting to get really tired of living in the ghetto neighborhood. The rent I pay should be reflected in the grounds around my apartment. It was bad enough that these people can't manage to throw their garbage IN the dumpster but now they just leave it on the sidewalk outside my bedroom window. If I'm going to have to live in the ghetto I want to pay ghetto rent. This is ridiculous. I want out👹

I have been trying to get in contact with someone from Bonaventure for the past 3 weeks through email and phone callls and I have got no response in regards to the issues I'm having at St. Croix. I'm am HIGHLY dissapointed with my complex and the matters which have occurred since I have moved in on Sept 16th. I would go i to details but i will save it for when i talk to someone. I was helping my friend movng to Virginia from another state. She ased me to go by and look at. the apt. At carriage club because she wanted a senior apt. And they looked good on the internet web sight. I went by and saw the model/office which they explained how they are remolding the apt. I told my friend I liked the apt. She filled out the application and got a one bedroom apt. She called about something and was told the the apt. She was going to get was flooded.
