We have a 4 year old evaporative cooler, it didn’t work when installed, and every year the motor failed, 4 new motors in 4 years. The last warranty replacement motor took them 6 months to respond and replace the latest motor. Our cooler warranty expires next year, I am extremely concerned that as all previous motors have lasted less than 12 months that if the latest motor also fails in 12 months they won’t honour the warranty.
