My in-laws are up at the beautiful Bella Vista development and they absolutely love it. We love it so much that we are actually looking for a home up in Friant as well! The welcome center has always been so very nice and friendly! Plus I love the music you guys have going on in the model homes ;)
Bonadelle Neighborhoods took very good care of my friend when she chose them to help her purchase her first home. The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable in Real Estate. They really know what there doing. They interact a lot with the community and have fun comtest to enter for some great prizes. I myself was the winner of the Mothers day contest. John Bonnadelle , a to your face liar. We are realistic people and understand that the city will grow and we cannot stop it. However John personally made promises of property line locations, power pole and line locations, fence design, dust control, and internet connections, (for no additional cost to him) all failed. When all was said and done he blamed everyone else and walked away. Our team has extended power to your property from a different direction after your original power source was discontinued as a result of the approved PG&E electrical design plans for the Trilogy project. We also extended both Comcast and AT&T cable lines to your property line. Before construction commenced, we submitted a Dust Control Plan that was approved by the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for the Trilogy project.
