We had a horrible experience with our Bonadelle home. After our walk thru there was still items that needed to be fixed like paint mismatching and splotches on the walls. Cabinets had overspray on them and they said they would come fix my side garage door after it was broken into. Well we’re still waiting for them to come over and fix it 2 years after we moved in. Horrible customer service I would never buy a Bonadelle again and I would never recommend anyone to buy a Bonadelle for themselves.
Jeff was fantastic in the process and Mary and Isabel from home service is totally responsive and helpful for any service necessary.
We love our new home! Thank you to Cindi for making the process smooth and easy. Also, thank you to Mary for addressing the small repairs to the right people who came out promptly to fix any issues we had. I recommend Bonadelle homes to anyone looking for a smooth process and a beautiful new place to call home! Thank you all!
The sales associate was very nice and helpful. The homes had superb decor and we were given straightforward information.
