Beware Mary & Isabel will try to rush you during the final walk through,take your time & write down everything that needs to be repaired. Make sure repairs are done before you pick up the keys. I've been waiting months for repairs,I keep getting the run around.There is no follow through. customer service is not so great

Building product, design and quality are absolutely related to profit and not longevity. They do have some great floor plans that interest you, but I would have never bought if I knew how bad the quality was.
Just toured some floorplans for Grove III. Amazing layouts and great prices!
