Avoid like the plague!
Definitely switching to another doctor! The service is horrible some of the doctors bedside demeanor is terrible and they don’t respond to online emails! This is not just at the Town Center location this is the one on South plaza trail they give prescriptions for everything without taking the time to carefully review what’s going. I had pneumonia the doctor sent me home with cough medicine!

The worst office ever. The doctors are never in. They never fill prescriptions on time. Even if you follow their procedure. The receptionist(s) are rude and patronizing. They claim to be open until 6pm. They are only open until 4:30pm and they lock the doors at 4:25. (I have proof) They claim to be open on Saturdays. Who knows maybe they are maybe they are not. I don’t believe anything they say. Do not go to this place...you will end up emergency room.
I had a 7:30 appointment and the physician was not even there . She comes in doesn't apologize for being late and wasting my time. There policy is to cancel your appointment if you are late, but it ok for them to not start on time. Her demeanor throughout the visit is cold and distant. Maybe she should have stayed home in bed. When I called to issue a complaint with the office manager, I was told they would call back. I am still waiting, and it has been over a week.
