Communication failure. Husband had surgery yesterday and has had bad nausea ever since. Called the office per instructions provided. No callback 4 hrs later. I called again, spoke to someone who was about to leave for the day who said she'd pass a msg to the surgeon. She saw that I had called earlier and nothing had been done. 7 hrs after the first call and we've still had no response.
Excellent staff and great teamwork. Friendly atmosphere
