Doctor was attentive, listened. Had immense swelling & pain left foot due to hitting my foot with cart causing ligament pain. Given Toradol shot & Lidocaine patch on foot. While that helped with the pain temporarily there was no Rx sent for inflammation reduction which would also have helped with the swelling and the pain. Prescription sent to pharmacy for Lidocaine patch which requires pre-authorization & TAT is lengthy; to date not approved. Ortho appt is October 1. The staff they're saying well-trained they were very professional the nurses there was real polite the doctors took care of me the ladies that did the CT scan and the ultrasound they done a wonderful job they were so polite overall had a real good experience and yes I recommend and for all the men just asking yes they have some hot nurses there LOL
