Bought a used car from Bommarito (2017, so only lightly used). While driving it home realized the touch screen radio did not work. It took countless calls, emails, and texts to get this resolved. Bommarito admitted it was their fault and that they would fix it free of charge but never once reached out to me. Thanks to Guy and his salesman, Steve, I finally found the perfect car. After a lemon purchase from an individual, Bommarito gave me an incredible price for my trade in as well as giving me the royal treatment in finding a new vehicle. Could not have asked for more. Highly recommend.
DO NOT BUY USED CARS FROM HERE EVER!!! They DO NOT stand behind there cars at all. Also no one will call you back after leaving multiple voicemails and emails. They also will not honor the referral bonus and test drive bonus. Matt McManus was who I was working with, the sales manager. Talk about horrible customer service as a manager to not call their customers back. Will never shop at Bommarito ever again. I will also tell everyone I know not to shop there. Worst car buying experience ever!!! We were lied to about our vehicle being in pristine condition, lied to about the warranty and the lack of any detailing done to the vehicle was appalling! Would not recommend this dealership to anyone!
I purchased a certified preowned car from Art in August. I am STILL waiting on my spare key. He nor the manager will return my call. I had to contact the BBB and waiting on them to respond to the complaint.
