My husband and I went to look at a used Toyota Highlander. We got there to test drive the vehicle and immediately were appalled by the filth of the inside of the vehicle. The vehicle had been posted on Facebook, Craigslist and we had made the appointment 4 days prior to arriving. My husband made it very clear to the salesman, Steve, that we were an hour drive away and wanted to be sure it was in good condition. Sonny, the floor manager was very easy to work with. He explained everything to us like it should be and every piece of paper we signed he explained to us what is was for. Also the staff is super friendly! They offered our children and us snacks and drinks, not to mention the Starbucks coffee! We drove 3 1/2 hours and was well worth it! I definitely recommend Bommarito Toyota!
