Joe needs to standby his vehicles and offer loner cars to those who don't use enterprise. Customer service also sucks takes forever for someone to call you back.
very careless service techs. I had body damage on first service of 2018 camry. punctured side panels with the lift. now after warranty work during 3rd service left scatch marks all over rear deck lid after replacing rear spoiler. 2 out of 3 service calls left with more damage than came in with. and don't dare have them wash the car after service I think they use a muddy water. car was dirtier after they washed it than when I brought it in.

Well, my appt for service was @ 2:30, I arrived a little after 2pm. Its know 4:03pm. I waited all this time to have my vehicle serviced, tire rotation, oil change etc! He finally calls my name, I’m like finally. Then he stated that he gave me an car wash, to find out that my car hadn’t been cleaned at all. I’m wondering know if they did my service. I recently purchased a new 2018 Toyota highlander. A few days after purchasing it I was having a few issues...so i called my salesman James Ochs (by the way this 1 star in no way shape or form reflects his service!! He is amazing 5 stars!!) He told me to make an appt with the service dept and that everything would be taken care of. Sounds great right!?! Well sure until I get to my appt.
