I had been looking for a nice used Ram truck for about a month when I I located one that peaked my interest at Bommarito Nissan in Ballwin. I sent an email on January 7th and got a quick response back from Matt Sanders. I set up a time on January 8th to look at the truck. Upon arrival, Matt had the truck set aside nice and clean for my inspection. Matt was great while I was inspecting the truck and was able to answer any questions I had. We purchased our car on Dec 27, 2019. The dealership was extremely busy. Mark greeted us and set us up with a test ride with a car we were interested in. We returned in about 30 minutes and took a test ride in a different vehicle. We then made a good deal. Mark shepherded us thru the process and he corrected our mistake in a friendly manner.
Never felt pressured I showed up before a few minutes before opening and Gabe was ready to help me right off the bat. I knew exactly what I was looking for and Gabe didn't try to needlessly upsell me to another trim level or apply pressure to make me buy.
