Sales person Jose was very friendly and kind to assist the need. Loan officer Rob was very professional and experienced to assist the loan process. Manager was welcoming but more of behind the scenes work, could not meet and chat. Couple item needs replacement and he made a reasonable negotiation by sharing the cost. Only while replacing the part is where some coordination issue happened between sales and service team. Whenever I call to make appt I am always given a date & time that works for me. I usually have Dustin Rose who advise me what they will be doing and afterwards w if anything what should be done and if I want it done that day or I can come back. I am always pleased with the treatment I receive here.
