I am very please with my service at Bill Hood Hyundai. They went above and beyond to make me feel valued.
Ryan Myers did a good job taking my car in and offering to have it washed. I only needed a NYS Inspection so the appointment did not take long.

Bryan Walker was very nice and professional. The other young man there was nice but didn’t tell me the truth . I came in at 10:30 for an oil change. He explained that it would be over an hour wait but if I came back after 12:00 it would be a shorter wait time. When I came back at 12:00 Bryan explained that it would be about an hour and fifteen minute wait . I just said OK. The sunroof on my 2017 Murano was replaced November 2024 but there was a defective part and my car was still leaking. Dillon listened, understood my concerns, communicated well with myself and the mechanics to get the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond to have my interior detailed due to the leak. Nick explained the paperwork, installed my cabin filter and made sure that I was satisfied with the work.
