We had been shopping for an SUV at other dealerships, and were immediately impressed with the quality of customer service from the staff and especially Mark Eversgerd. Mark walked us through the whole process from start to finish. His knowledge and thoroughness made our purchase decision that much easier!
Gabe was extremely knowledgeable about the Rogues we looked at. He showed us side by side comparisons of new vs. used cars and wasn’t pushy and made the process extremely stress free.
Teddy Dunn and the entire Bommarito Nissan Ballwin staff went above and beyond making this the best vehicle purchase experience ever! They even have free ice cream and Van Halen playing on the radio...I will definitely be back in 3 years for my 3rd lease from here.

Great purchase experience with a “twist” Recognizing Matt Saunders for exceptional service during purchase of a used vehicle. My wife and I test drove a 2017 Honda HRV. Matt assisted us get a mutual fair price and we bought the HRV. Excellent Service Dept I had a Saturday appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on 5/2/20 which I scheduled online mid-November 2019. Upon my arrival, I was instantly greeted by Service Advisor Bill but informed the internet was down at the dealership (due from a situation out of the dealership's control) affecting the service dept to look up my file/information to get my car into a service bay.
