Carlos Lopez is an AMAZING sales person. He is very laid back. He isn't pushy. He's helpful, with out making you feel pressured. I've seen sales people at other places that were only there to get the sale. I feel like Carlos really values what could be a long relationship with his clients. Very professional. We had a great experience, Very friendly, helpful, knowlege walked in was greeted, Carlos was so helpful thats why we came back the next day and bought a new car. This our second Nissan. I love my new car.
This was my 5th car I purchased from Will and it couldn't of gone better. I knew what I wanted and ended up doing everything over the phone and internet. The only time I actually went to the dealership was to pickup my new car!

caring, good listeners The only negative was that I don't feel the final detailers (paperwork signed by Clint B and Mason P) did an excellent job- good, yes. Mats not locked into place and cargo area needed a little vacuuming. Had to haggle about price a little, as number I had been given the day prior wasn't accurate. Codi and Chad were fantastic! Codi's sales technique was very genuine and humble. Happily showed me a variety of used vehicles so I could choose my best suitable option. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.
I ended up buying a Kicks from Bommarito because they had the one I wAnted in stock and gave me the best price. I dealt with both Angie and will over the phone and had everything ready to go when I showed up.
