Easy to get a service appointment. Quick turn around and car was clean when returned to me.
Christian was the utmost professional during and after our car-buying experience. He was patient and did not pressure us. He even answered some questions for us about the vehicle a couple of weeks afterward. I hated the thought of having to spend all day at the dealership and the haggling. Needed a wiring repair on my rare Murano crosscabriolet( grandkids kicked apart the front seat belt wire)..knew it was a dealer call since it ispart of the airbag restrait system and would need a recalibration...Excellent work 1 hour of tech time

We leased a new Altima and we're very happy with the vehicle and believed we got a decent deal. The problem occurred after the sale. The salesman notified us that they forgot to get us to sign something they apparently forgot to have us sign. Problem was we were both sick for over a week and had trouble getting in there to sign whatever form it was. Pressuring us to come back to the dealer to sign a form they forgot about at the xxx. I worked in sales and I know you don't treat people this way if you want to be successful. We are both seniors with serious health problems. I guess that doesnt matter. Funny how people show their true colors once they make the sale.
This is my 4th vehicle purchased from Cherokee County Nissan. Wouldn’t go any place else.
