Extremely helpful! I was on the hunt for a car with specific attributes the needs of my family. Mark was extremely helpful and to everything that I wanted and needed and performed his "magic" to find the car that would work not just for my family but for my budget! Friendly and Professional From the 1st time I walked in to the day I drove away in my new car, every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. The staff definitely focuses on making your experience very pleasant with whether you are simply looking at cars or purchasing one.
Personable and Professional Service Working with Mark was a delight. He is an excellent listener and responsive to our requests. We wanted a vehicle for a very specific purpose and he did not place any pressure on us to upgrade vehicle features or enhance his profit margin. His presence and posture toward our sale is the sole reason we chose the dealership and looked no further. Eager to get back to say hello at our first oil change.
Great personal service I was looking for a used minivan. Randy Graves found a good candidate - low mileage, excellent condition and in my price range. He made sure that my new car was clean and that any concerns I had were addressed. I appreciate his attention to detail.
