Bryan took great care of me, as always. Because of him, I keep coming back to Cherokee County Nissan to service my vehicles.
I came in for an oil change and windshield wipers and they forgot to put the windshield wipers on and besides my oil change, they rotated my tires, which only had 600 miles on them
Had really great service , will be back to get my car fixed soon. Always feel comfortable when I take my car here to get serviced.
Wow I wasn’t satisfied at all who drove my vehicle hit something and damaged the paint try to cover it up by buffing it oily hand prints left inside of my vehicle on the light cloth inside of the door all scratches where they wash are buffed the vehicle I have been bringing my vehicles there for a while not any more done
Love the service! They usually wash my car when i get it serviced, but failed to do it this time. I was a little disappointed because my windows needed it.
Service advisor created a very good experience. I would highly recommend customers who need work performed on their cars give bill hood an opportunity

The service was nothing short of exceptional. Mak is extremely knowledgeable with the services that my vehicle needed to be provided for its optimal performance and relayed it to me in such a manner that I was extremely comfortable in making the decisions I had to.
No waiting. ..took me right in. Had an oil change and was out of there in an hour.
