I made an appointment with a salesman, Toby, for 12:30 on Saturday to test drive 2 trucks. He told me that he would have both trucks pulled to the front ready to drive. I arrived at 12:20 and checked in with a person by the front door and was instructed to take a seat in the waiting area. Toby walked by me several times without acknowledgment. Every time I go, I am treated so well that I feel a little weird. My life experience (and I'm now old) has been that dealer service centers act like I'm a bother to them. I love bringing my vehicle to this service center! All they ever do is to say "I got you" and they deliver on that!
