Absolutely horrible buying experience. The handoff from the salesperson to the financial services department was horrendous in the inconsistencies of the price of the vehicle, trade in, incentives etc. Also received the wrong financial paperwork at closing.... including another person’s financial information. Will never return and will dissuade anyone from doing so as well.
Never go here for an oil change or any other service work! They will up sale you services you do not need! Service Manager does not care
I was on the market for a car and decided to stop at Bommarito Mazda. I talked with Kiwi and ended up test driving a CX5. He was very patient and not hounding like other car salesman at other dealers. I came back several weeks later and was excited about coming back to work out a deal. If you own an rx8 and need a new motor go to Lou fuse. $5,000 dollars later with a one year warranty and oh yeah, free car washs� place is a joke!
Exceptional first experience with their service department. They were extremely professional, on time, delivered what was promised and friendly. Highly recommend them for service!
