Tried to work out a deal for my 18 year old daughter and TWICE shook on a deal, but then because we weren't financing the car they suddenly couldn't make the deal anymore! Crushed my daughter's excitement and made her experience of buying her 1st car a terrible one! Tried to be a "loyal" returning customer but left with a terrible taste in my mouth for this dealership!
