Bought a 2014 Mazda 6 Touring. Never in history have I bought an extended warranty on any vehicle-- this time I did due to all the electronics on the car. Cost over $2500.00 - nothing I took the car in for was covered by the warranty. Just recently the CD quit working- warranty out of limits now $ 800.00 to replace. NOW the shifter switch went bad $250.00 to fix. One thing after another. Next time DON'T BUY THE WARRANTY-- SAVE THE MONEY AND PAY CASH FOR THE REPAIRS!!!! You'll come out ahead!!!!
Terrible service, been in three times since Friday and the sales person was not willing to work up any numbers, talk about our trade-in, misinformed about promos and warranty. Very disappointing.
Just happened to stop in with my son , I was ready to buy a Honda CRV but the salesman was a jerk, women don’t buy cars. So we stopped at his suggestion because of the ratings on the new CX5 2017, Kiwi met us with a hello Mate, gave us the keys and said to take it for a long run about. Went back the second day and drove it again, no pressure. Did some research and watched a few utube video comparing it to the Honda and was sold. Very easy process.
