We had a great experience with the salesman, Mike Rosen, who was honest, straightforward and responsive. Then he handed us off to the finance department. Michael Minner sold us an EasyCare warranty without telling us it wasn’t a “Honda” warranty. He also said he was cutting $750 off the price so it ended up being approximately $2250 for 8 years, 100k miles, with a $200 deductible.
