Jeff Dales is the best! He has made the process of leasing a car so easy and efficient.
Working with Bommarito made buying a car not as scary as I thought it was going to be, especially for a first time “new car” buyer. Thank goodness I met Jeff Dales, Sean Sturgeon and Michael Minner at this location. They all made sure this was an easy, and dare I say, FUN experience! Will certainly be returning to them for my next car and referring them to everyone I know!
I have always been a fan until my last visit to the service department. I spent an hour setting up appointments to find out that I was no dealing with the dealership directly. They use a call center. When we arrived for our appointment, the service writer knew nothing about us coming, was very rude, and made my wife feel stupid. I called the "call center" again, and they were rude also. What happened to quality customer service. This was terrible.
