Bought a suv 2 years ago. Bought it used and motor trend get 1 year key replacement lost my keyless pad not my key but had no problem making a appointment so they can program me a new one. Used the dent warranty as well with motor trend warranty. Love my suv had it 2 years sold it to me right at blue book even though the day i bought it i was at Bommarito Audio for 5 hours but gave me the deal i wanted. So far I am not impressed. It has been 1 week of me calling and not getting a return phone call on the A4 that I am trying to come see. I have given a deposit on the car and still can't get an answer on when it will be available for me to come see and I'm told it should be tomorrow when I actually talk to someone. I want to enjoy this but the process has been anything but easy and I'm not getting any communication from the dealership.
