Don’t go here. Not a good experience
Had trouble getting the service and support I needed locally so I reached out to Audi West County and Jason took care of me. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.
I bought a vehicle from Bommarito West County 2 weeks ago and highly recommend this dealership. The employees are friendly, willing to make deals, and want the customer to be happy. Tom and Don were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend going to Bommarito West County for your next vehicle purchase.
Took my car in for service and was told they charge hourly rates for labor ($170/hour) and they worked on my car for a total of 30-35 minutes then took it to wash which by the way I was told they do NOT keep the hourly rate going for a wash and they ended up charging me for a full hour and refused to refund or take any of considering they only worked on it for 35 minutes at most. Dale in service needs to go back to highschool math I guess to figure out how to do simple math to figure out the hourly rates
Mask mandate for west county went into effect July 3. It’s July 6, so I figured it would be much safer to go in now. Boy was I wrong! Zero employees in masks. I asked the receptionist if they’re not requiring masks. She looks confused and says “no I don’t think so”. One sales guy put one on when he saw I had mine on. My experience started off rough.... however Pat, Jim and team made it happen EXACTLY how I intended. One thing I can appreciate in addition to quality products, is quality customer service.
