Jade, the aesthetic nurse, exceeded all my expectations! She was kind, patient, informative, and incredibly thorough. I do NOT recommend booking an appointment here. I booked an appointment and paid my $50 deposit. I called and cancelled 5 days before my appointment but never received a confirmation email or text and kept getting emails to remind me of my appointment. I called back again and again with no answer, and messaged them on instagram. I still did not receive my deposit back and had to contact my bank. So unprofessional.
I went to Jade back last May, and while she shaped my lips excellently and gave me the volume i wanted, i still have a huge bump in my lip filler. i have reached out multiple times about when i could come in and get it checked, and was left with no response to an exact time to come in. this left me upset since i spent a lot of money on the lip fillers, i wanted to feel satisfied and not be left with a lump of filler in the middle of my lips.
