I had the pleasure of working with Brittney Rerecich. From our initial meeting I felt that she got who I was and what I was looking for. She helped me update my resume, she met with me before interviews and she always followed up after the interview to see what I thought about the people and the firm. I am so thankful Brittney and the whole Boly:Welch team for finding me a position. I am so excited and thankful. Brittney was great about communicating with me and my prospective employers, and was an awesome cheerleader. Brittney and team just found and helped me get my dream job, literally. Just relocated from Southern California and I could not have imagined a better position with a more esteemed Firm in my field if I had done extensive research on my own. Not only that, but Boly Welch helped me get my test scores vastly improved, as I had been using certain programs that were not utilized as commonly as other programs in Portland.
