I will admit, I was a bit apprehensive in finding a job through a company such as Boly and Welch. Especially given the fact that I was relocating from Nevada to Oregon. I worked with Gwen Rudolph and she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. In less than a month of contacting Boly:Welch through a referral from a fellow job seeker, I was interviewed by Boly:Welch, sent on two interviews for the same position, and offered a position with an engineering firm with excellent growth potential. I have gone through almost 6 months of straight job searching on my own and you can't believe my excitement to finally be done with it in less than a month of joining Boly:Welch!
