Poor experience. Yes we were an out of state buyer. But salesman called once and promised return call from management to assist with buyer process. None of that happened. Once salesmen heard we were not in Florida he couldn’t get off of the phone quick enough. There loss
Had a guy named bruce working with me, told him im coming to to check out a car i want to buy, turns out the car was sold 4 days before i got there and the guy had no clue, drove frm California waste of time
Dealer doesnt respond. I had to make contact only to be told vehicle has been sold and then get a hard attempt to come in and see other cars they have on sale. Complained that if listed car was sold it should be taken off website. Still hasnt happened... I wonder how many others have had same experience..
They listed the car that I wanted originally at $16,995. I called and talked to 'Kent'. He told me that the car had been sold and that the other vehicles on CarGurus were available which were listed at $18,995. I told Kent that I'd be paying cash and wondered if I might be able to get a discount from the price because I didn't need financing. Kent said that he thought they might be able to lower the price. Prices are not real, is not the price you see onthe web , staff is corteus and nice , i was about to close a deal and at the last minute they change the price again, so I walked away, bad experience.
I emailed the dealer they told me that the car was still on the lot but when I arrived and Inquired about the vehicle it was not there
Great communication, went over & beyond into getting the car I wanted. Highly Recommended!!!!!
horrible, just went there to waste my time. sales associate wanted to finance the car he wanted did not even try for the car i wanted, would not recommend it to anyone
Well i inquired about a Tahoe and even though it was sold before i could go see it Marco was extremely nice and helpful. He was very honest and even felt bad i missed out on that sweet ride. I can say that he definitely made my car search experience a good one. Thanks Marco.
