Customer Service and Sales Team is horrible. Bought a truck back in September..called in November asking where my permanent license plate was and they then realized that the paperwork was never processed and they couldn't find it. Asked me for my check stub 3 times over a period of a month...because that kept getting lost too. Gave me another temporary license plate to wait on the paperwork to be processed...it's January 16th and my temporary license plate is expired again and no license plate. has nice cars, will work with you, but watch Cavin he LIES, told me he would fix things, did not fix anything he told us he would do. then lied and said he did not say it. I do not like a person who can not be trusted. Karma has a way of making a person pay one way or the other. Just make sure you make them fix whatever needs doing before you sign your contract!!!!!
I just bought a 2017 F-250 from them and I highly recommended them! They did an amazing job on working numbers to get me out of the truck I was in. One of the best sales men I’ve ever dealt with was jamar guillory he was great and worked around my schedule! If you are looking for a truck go to him!
Great sell. Had limited time and walked in with a set amount on what i wanted to spend. Not only did i get what i wanted i was 1200 under budget. Friendly service with a smile. Not pushy at all.
