As per our company policy, the price was provided before any work was done and the job was agreed upon with a signed invoice before we began the work. Each charge is clearly explained and also listed on the invoice. We do our best to clearly explain all work and the costs associated with our customers. We regret that we were unable to effectively communicate this time. We hope this offers some clarity to the situation.
I was hesitant to use this company because I couldn't get a quote over the phone. Was nervous about paying too much for the job. Once the technician came the price was more than fair and the work was very good. Jeremy was very professional and polite.
