Customer service was outstanding. I can't talk on the phone due to an accident. Katie was great! Worked with me via email. Jeremy was right on time. He installed an outside fan and light fixture as requested. Looks good! Prices seemed a bit high.
He was the highest bid. I hired them because the gentleman that came out for the estimate was knowledgable and pleasant. He gave the price and I knew it was high for the proposed work so I called the office to negotiate. We came to a price we both could agree on and started the project. It was downhill from there. The employee who quoted the job quit and nothing we had agreed on was acceptable to the owner. He went so far as to tell me the cost of a permit was extra. BOLT ELECTRIC EXCEED MY EXPECTATIONS !
Installed an LED light fixture and dimmer switch. Both men were very professional and the job was done in no time, The men also offered additional work w/estimates (Good sales skills). The young lady in the office kept me apprised of the various dates involved and ETA if or the work crew. Pleasant experience all around.
