Due to a family illness, I had to reschedule several times. Kate was amazing and patient. I was notified when the technician was on his way. Dean was great. Explained what needed to be done. Will definitely use their services again and recommend to friends.
The price they gave me I believe was misquoted. I was supposed to get a discount but when it came down to pricing the bill seemed higher than it was supposed to be. Spoke with lady at the front desk and she did not try to resolve the issue. The part I needed was about $20 but I was charged over $100.
I received a call to schedule an appointment within minutes of submitting a request. The electrician came on time, discussed the project with us and got to work right away. A workmanship and professionalism. Highly recommend Bolt Electric!
